ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. – Goodwill’s Job Connection Center is hosting a recruitment event on Friday, Nov. 17, from 11 a.m.. – 1 p.m. for AArow Sign Spinners. The company is hiring for part-time work in St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Tampa.

The Job Connection Center is inside the Goodwill store at 3365 Central Ave. (corner Central Ave. and 34th St.), St. Petersburg. Applicants should sign in at the Job Connection Center at the back of the store. For more information call 727-321-7337.

Family-owned company seeking ice cream servers for St. Pete Beach shops

ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. – Goodwill’s Job Connection Center is hosting a recruitment event on Thursday, Nov. 16, from noon. – 2 p.m. for Larry’s Ice Cream & Gelato and Twistie Treat, both located at St. Pete Beach.  These family-owned establishments are seeking friendly people to fill several ice cream server positions at the two locations.

It Came From Tampa Bay … for a Halloween Dinner Cruise!

Annual fundraiser benefits programs for people with employment challenges

On Friday, Oct. 20, Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, Inc. will present Ghoulwill Bash, a Halloween party to benefit Goodwill’s services for people with challenges to employment. This year’s “Ship of Ghouls” will set sail on the Yacht StarShip in Tampa’s Channelside district.

Guests will enjoy a scary good cruise on a luxury yacht, along with complimentary beer and wine, a gourmet dinner buffet, DJ and dancing, interactive games, silent auction and more! Costumes are encouraged, and the best will win a $100 Visa gift card.

Boarding will begin at 7:30 p.m. at 603 Channelside Drive, Tampa. The ship will set sail at 8:30 p.m. and return to port at 10:30 p.m.
