Enrolled students have the opportunity to learn, grow, and build valuable skills through hands-on workplace experiences. With support from a Goodwill-Suncoast job coach, an Exceptional Student Education (ESE) teacher from the school district, and employees at participating companies, students gain confidence, develop practical skills, and discover their strengths in a real-world work environment. The program empowers students to prepare for a successful transition into the workforce and greater independence. After completing their workplace rotations, students receive personalized employment placement services from Goodwill to help connect them with meaningful job opportunities.
