ST PETERSBURG, FLA. – Millions of workers overlook important federal tax benefits because they simply don’t know about them. The Earned Income Tax Credit and the Child Tax Credit can make a real difference for workers who struggle to make ends meet.
Goodwill’s Job Connection Center is collaborating with the United Way to provide free tax preparation services to help people in St. Petersburg and Clearwater access these benefits. Tax preparation events will be held the following dates for people with annual household incomes less than $66,000. Appointments are required.
