Adults with developmental disabilities working in a kitchen, an office and a restaurant.

The Adult Florida Project SEARCH program creates a pathway to employment for adults with developmental disabilities.

Adults in the program are encouraged and empowered to explore career interests and build upon their current skills and strengths, all while working and learning in a positive environment.

Adults in this program will complete a nine-month internship at a community host site with mentors and employment supports. This structure offers workplace immersion and combines classroom instruction, career exploration and hands-on training.
There is no cost to participate. Job placement assistance is included upon completion.

For more details about the program, read our flyer, call 352-427-1384, or email powerofwork@goodwill-suncoast.com.
