ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. – Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, Inc. announced the promotion of Brad Steffani to Vice President for Retail Operations in January. Mr. Steffani joined Goodwill-Suncoast in 2014 as director of retail operations. Under his leadership, retail sales increased from $39.65 million in 2014 to $55.74 million last year.
Mr. Steffani is responsible for retail operations at 20 brick and mortar stores as well as ecommerce and security operations.
His extensive retail background includes 12 years as district manager with the Goodwill in Portland, Oregon, and four years as an area manager with Plaid Pantries, Inc. Mr. Steffani completed the Goodwill Industries International Executive Development Program in 2019.
