Here is how you can get added discounts when you shop at Goodwill without the need for coupons.
Each week there is a new color for the color of the week. These colors correspond to the tag colors on items in the store. If an item has a tag that is the same color as the color of the week, then that item is 50% off the regular price of the item.
When you go shopping at your local Goodwill-Suncoast store look for a sign in the store like this one indicating the color of the week. If you don’t see a sign then ask a Goodwill associate what the color of the week is.
If you see the sign pictured above, you know the color of the week is blue. Then any item in the store with a blue tag is going to have a discount of fifty percent off the original tag price. There are no coupons to show or required, just the color of the tag.
On the left is the type of tag you’ll find on clothes. On the right is the type of tag you’ll find on housewares and other items. When the color on the tag is the color of the week, clothes that were $5.98 will cost $2.99 and other merchandise that was $3.96 will cost $1.98.
Each week the color of the week will change. Shown below are four more color of the week posters to look for in the store to find out the color of the week. If you do not see a sign, then ask a Goodwill associate what the color of the week is to save fifty percent.
